Data storage

Everything Estimojo stores lives in Forge Key-Value Storage inside your Atlassian site. There is no Estimojo server outside Atlassian.

What is stored

Per project: your settings. Per ticket: the session state, the roster, and one record per vote. Per coordinator: their latest voter roster. Per applied estimate: an analytics record with the applied value and the votes behind it. All records reference people by Atlassian account ID.

Deletion

Resetting a session deletes its votes, voters, and results; analytics records of applied estimates stay with the project. Uninstalling the app removes its stored data under Atlassian's Forge retention policy. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
