Estimojo runs inside the work tracker your team already uses. This policy explains what Estimojo stores, how it is deleted, and your rights. Where the data physically lives depends on the platform you installed it from: the platform sections below spell that out for each one.
Deletion
Resetting a session deletes its votes, voters, and results; analytics records of applied estimates stay with the project until uninstall. Uninstalling Estimojo removes all of the app's stored data under Atlassian's Forge data retention policy. Your Jira administrators stay in control at all times.
Who controls the data
Your organization is the data controller. Estimojo processes votes and rosters only on your behalf.
Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion requests are handled by your workspace administrators using the platform's own tools. For questions about how Estimojo handles data, write to support@bomdisoft.com.

Jira (Atlassian Forge)
Estimojo keeps all of its data in Forge Key-Value Storage, hosted by Atlassian as part of your Jira site:
Project settings: the deck, tie rule, start policy, auto-reveal, and voter history options you configure per project.
Session state: the current round on a ticket, its roster of declared voters, and each vote, hidden until the reveal.
Voter identities: the Atlassian account IDs of participants, used to show names and avatars through Jira itself.
Voter rosters: each coordinator's latest voter list, kept so their next session can pre-fill, subject to the project's voter history setting.
Estimation analytics: one record per applied estimate, holding the applied value and the votes behind it, powering the project Analytics tab.
The Estimojo app manifest requests zero egress permissions, so Atlassian's platform itself blocks any call to the outside world. No analytics, no tracking, no external APIs. Bomdisoft never receives, sees, or holds your data.
Atlassian is the only subprocessor. All storage and compute run on Atlassian Forge infrastructure under your existing Atlassian agreements.
