Estimojo was designed so that GDPR compliance stays simple: personal data stays inside the platform you already trust with the work it describes. The platform sections below state where that is for each one.
Platform details
Estimojo stores data differently on each platform it runs on. Every platform Estimojo supports is listed here, whichever one you use.
Jira (Atlassian Forge)
Your organization is the controller. Atlassian hosts and processes the data as part of your Atlassian Cloud subscription. Bomdisoft, the app vendor, has no access to your data: the app requests zero egress permissions, so nothing can be sent to us.
Estimojo stores only Atlassian account IDs and the votes each person casts; names and avatars are displayed through Jira at view time and never stored. This data lives in Forge Key-Value Storage inside your site and follows your Atlassian data residency settings.
Requests for access, rectification, or erasure are fulfilled by your Jira administrators. Resetting a session removes its votes; uninstalling the app removes its stored data under Atlassian's Forge retention policy.
Bomdisoft transfers no data anywhere: there is nothing to transfer. Data residency and any cross-border processing follow your Atlassian configuration and Atlassian's own GDPR commitments.
