Project settings

Settings are per board and every item on it uses them. They live in the Estimojo settings view you add to the board, alongside the Analytics tab.

Deck

Choose a sequential deck or a Fibonacci deck and set its highest card. The default is a sequential deck up to 10.

Tie rule

Decide how ties resolve on reveal: the coordinator picks from the tied values, the highest tied value wins automatically, or a value needs a strict majority to be pre-selected.

Who can start

Anyone who can open the item can start a session on it. monday's settings panel does not yet offer a control for restricting starts, so a board keeps the default. If starts are restricted on your board, Estimojo says so rather than failing silently.

Auto-reveal

With auto-reveal on, cards flip as soon as the last declared voter has voted. Turn it off and the coordinator reveals manually.

Placement

Estimojo writes the agreed estimate to a number column on the board. When the board has exactly one, Estimojo chooses it. When it has several, pick the one that holds the estimate, or applying will fail. When it has none, add a Numbers column first.

Completion clock and analytics

The Analytics tab aggregates applied estimates over the range you pick: totals, participation, voting accuracy and response speed. There is no chart of story points against completion time here, because monday does not expose reliable status-change times, so that chart would be guesswork.

Reset

Resetting a session deletes its votes and starts fresh. Stale sessions untouched for more than a day can be reset by anyone.
