Data storage

Everything Estimojo stores lives in monday's own app storage, inside your account. There is no Estimojo database holding your board data.

What is stored

Per board: your settings. Per item: the session state, the roster, and one record per vote. Per coordinator: their latest voter roster. Per applied estimate: an analytics record with the applied value and the votes behind it. All records reference people by monday user ID. Every record is written backend-only, so no browser can read a vote out of storage before the reveal.

Deletion

Resetting a session deletes its votes, voters and results; analytics records of applied estimates stay with the board. Uninstalling the app removes its stored data under monday's own retention policy. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
