Getting started

Estimojo adds a planning poker panel to every task. This page takes you from installation to your first applied estimate in a few minutes.

Install from the Marketplace

Add Estimojo to your Asana workspace. Estimojo asks for access to the tasks you estimate on, so it can list voters and write the agreed number back. Once added, Estimojo appears on a task and opens from there.

Find Estimojo on a task

Estimojo appears on the task itself. Open a task, open Estimojo from it, and the round runs in a dialog. Asana gives an app a single surface, so the settings sit at the top of the form that starts a session rather than on a screen of their own.

Run your first round

Open Estimojo on any task, pick at least two voters, and start the session. Everyone votes blind, the cards flip together, and one click writes the agreed number into the task's number field. The panel reads its state when you open it rather than pushing updates, so reopen it to see the latest.
