Data storage

Asana gives an app no storage of its own, so Estimojo keeps session data on its own server rather than inside Asana. This is the one host where that is true: on Jira and monday.com the data never leaves the tracker.

What is stored

Per project: your settings. Per task: the session state, the roster, and one record per vote. Per coordinator: their latest voter roster. Per applied estimate: an analytics record with the applied value and the votes behind it. All records reference people by Asana user ID, and every row is scoped to its workspace, so one workspace's rows are unreadable from another.

Deletion

Resetting a session deletes its votes, voters and results; analytics records of applied estimates stay with the project. To have a workspace's stored data removed, write to support@bomdisoft.com. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
